The storage of all those toy cars becomes a problem. Some parents use toy boxes to store them but it is barely intersting for kid to put his toys in it. We use water based enamels only which are certified for covering toys.
The plywood we use is formaldegyde free made in Latvia
All parts of toy storage are sanded very well and rounded to prevent splinters
All parts designed to avoid sharp corners
Durability
The plywood this toy car garage made of is 5 layered (5 mm or 1/5 inches thick) which makes it twice more bend resistant against 3 layered plywood (less or 4 mm or 1/6 inches)
The enforcing ribs also make toy storage unit sturdier. It means even if your kid leans on the toy garage the wood will easily stand to load. We made a long way to make possible this toy box be passed through generations
